Mindset Mondays with DTK – Ep #035 – Clean your lens.After spending a day in Santa Barbra with my coach this past Sunday, I am clearer than ever on two things: (1) I work better near water, and (2) my thoughts shape my reality.I have always been clear that my perspective is the lens through which I decode my present (changing the lens changes the experience). The "re-awareness" for me is captured best by this quote from the Buddha: "All that we are is a result of all that we thought."The POWER in that learning is that my current lens not only shifts current experience, it also begins to lessen the weight of my historical "reality" thereby reducing the inertia of my current beliefs.Intrigued?
