We spent a day exploring Presence and Leadership (and their inextricable link) at EQUUS – an amazingly spiritual equine facility outside Santa Fe.And tomorrow we begin a 4-day intensive with our coach and 25 other amazing humans. And yet, with all of this work done in community, the words of Epicurus ring true:“Self-sufficiency is the greatest of all wealth.”The surest path to building a business and making an impact is through doing the hard work … the work on ourselves.That is where the greatest payoff lies.What's your work?
